These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services and website (if applicable). By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Appointments
Booking:Appointments can be made by phone, online (if applicable), or in person.
Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment without a fee. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the cost of service.
Late Arrivals: We strive to run on time, but unforeseen circumstances can arise. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow for check-in and consultation. Arriving late may shorten your service time or result in rescheduling.
No-Shows: No-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service, and will be required to pay that amount prior to booking another appointment
2. Services and Pricing
Our service menu and pricing are available upon request, on our website, or during your consultation. Prices are subject to change without notice. We will confirm the price of your service during your consultation. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.
3. Payment
We accept most major credit cards and cash. Payment is due at the time of service. We may require a credit card guarantee of 50% to hold your appointment.
Gratuities: Gratuities are at your discretion and are not included in the service price.
4. Products
We offer a variety of hair care products for purchase. All sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
5. Gift Certificates (if applicable)
Gift certificates are available for purchase in any denomination. Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift certificates expire 6 months from the date of purchase.
6. Disclaimer
We strive to provide the best possible service to our clients. However, we cannot guarantee specific results from any service.
7. Client Conduct
We expect all clients to treat our staff and other clients with respect. Disruptive or abusive behavior will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
8. Minors
Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for all services.
9. Website
The content of our website is for informational purposes only. We make no warranties or guarantees as to the accuracy or completeness of the information on our website. By using our website, you agree to our website privacy policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
11. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Sashastaar Hair Studio and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
